I have nothing new to report except that I have a somewhat "steady" job. It's actually really neat. A couple days a week I'll have to go to the shop that Ive been talking about for the props lady. Whilst in said shop, I will be making collapsable lamp shades for a broadway show. How neat is that? The actress has to squeeze the lamp shade and crush it in what Im assuming is a fit of rage? Perhaps sadness? I have no idea, Ive never seen the show.

I went back in my paper journal and read a couple of subway observations from the past. I will share them with you....

Written on paper: April 5th, 2003.
"Must take not of three girls with matching dirty blond hair sitting at the other end of the car. Each has their own bottle in a brown paper bag that also match the color of their hair. The bottles could be 40's, could be wine bottles. One girl is wearing leg warmers. They were all very excited when they got off at the correct stop. They were not at all graceful in their paper bag drinking. Perhaps this was their first time and they did it for shits and giggles. Perhaps they have done it before but will never fit the paper bag drinking profile. Im glad they found eachother.....
*later that same trip at a transfer*
THere is a light in the middle of the train track. A little orange construction light. Tonight will be one of the longest rides home we've had in awhile."

Today I do nothing. It will be grand because now I have a job and I dont have to worry all that much.
