Last nite I went over to the band's (ukuk) house to take some photos of them practicing. The pictures will be up soon today when I set up their photo page so check the UKUK HOMEPAGE sometime this afternoon if you're curious.

It was really great to finally go and see their place. It's enormous. They literally live in the same building as a doll and chicken factory which I think is just the coolest. The hallway to their door has got to be close to 90ft. long and you can tell it used to be a factory hallway. The apartment itself is just insane. The ceilings are ridiculously high. It's a loft space that's had bedrooms built into it, one of them being a loft. The kitchen is as big as my kitchen and bedroom combined.

Their playing space is the perfect size. It was a blast to watch them play together not on a stage. Their communication is amazing and you can tell due to recent changes, that the tension level is way down. Just make sure to check out the photos later.

Going to watch them practice was great for me because Im actually such a big fan. Imagine being pals with one of your favorite bands and being invited to come watch them practice. Pretty rad.
