Oh yeah, it's friday. I wish it made a difference sometimes. In fact, Friday's are kind of the beginning of my work week if Im working a show.

Today I go into the shop to meet a props transport van that's bring back the props from Bobbie Boland. The show was cancelled after 7 previews. Apparently the producers felt it was a good idea to go ahead and cut their losses now. Then I prep 10 lampshades to get ready for Sunday when I'll go in to finish them up. After the lamp shades today I head over to Epic to stage manage the one acts. Tomorrow is a matinee and a nite show and sunday is a 2pm show and then, as I said, to the shop to finish up the shades I'll be prepping today.

Was back at the one acts last nite after a week. I looked over my prompt book on the way over just to get my head back in gear for it. It was still difficult after a week break from it though. Made a couple small errors in calling the show but otherwise things went fairly well.

The show that was taken out of the run and thought to maybe come back for this week...is not coming back. So that's kind of nice. The show is only running about an hour long. Last nite the show was over at 9:07 and I was out the door by 9:11. Pretty sweet.

Let's just hope it keeps moving this quickly.

It's still windy out today. Yesterday we had hurricane type gusts of wind and it was freezing. Doesnt look like today is going to be any better. *sigh* Time to get a winter coat indeed.
