We saw Secret Window yesterday afternoon. Johnny Depp and John Turturro were both fantastic as I assumed they would be. Based on a Stephen King novella, Depp's character is a writer with a block that suddenly finds himself confronted by a man (Turturro) accusing him of stealing his story. The movie is filled with twists, turns and suspense while managing to stay mild enough to keep you from covering your eyes. I had a blast watching this film and would definately give it a see it at the theatre rating. The visual picture is gorgeous as the plot is set in a lakeside mountain town in upstate New York. If you're in the mood for some thing fun but not of epical proportions, check this one out.

And now for another saturday...another strike...and then another day off.
