As I wake up to the sound of drilling coming from downstairs, I am forced to wonder..."What's wrong with you people?"

The boy and I watched Bill Maher last night. Well, I did while he played True Crime. Appropriate? Anyhow, I was very curious to hear what his panel had to say, assuming they would be discussing Bush's most recent outlandish speech. Sir Ian McKellen, Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick and former EPA administrator Christie Todd Whitman were there to discuss the issues. Long story short, I finally learned what the ridiculous people who feel gay marriage should be banned are thinking. Kwame Kilpatrick stated he was against gay marriage and his reason...because the relationships aren't real. They won't last. Like it's a phase.

Are people really this ignorant?
