After spending the entire day at home yesterday, today is movie day. We're most likely going to see the Rock's new movie. Should be a fun way to spend a couple hours this afternoon. Wish us luck.

Joey woke me up this morning by sitting on my chest and pawing at me until I opened my eyes. Then the morning dove showed up on the fire escape so of course he had to run across my face to the window to check out the situation. One day I will wake up on my own time. I just know it.

The knitting is still going very well. I just finished the third square of a blanket I am attempting to make for the boy. I can't seem to get the binding off part right because each square is kind of puckering in at the top but hey, it's all good practice.
