Woke up to snow this morning. First snow this winter. Well that's not entirely true, we had a dusting the other day that froze to some cars on the street, but I didn't see the flakes falling from the sky and there wasn't any on the ground. I mean for all I know some crazy snow lunatic went running down the street and dumped fake snow on all the cars.

But seriously folks. It's snowing. And you know what that means? Not much. Ive grown to appreciate snow a little more since I moved to the city. Probably because I can still get around when it happens here. Im used to living in the mountains where even if you wanted to walk next door you had to put on 7 layers of snow suit and bring a shovel. At least they snow stayed pretty for a day or two up there however. The snow here transforms from white and fluffy to a brownish, slush like mass in a heartbeat. Not much time to enjoy it unless you live on one of the less busy streets where they choose not to plow.
