I just watched the nominees for the Oscars. It was actually pretty surprising considering the nominations for the Golden Globes that were on the other night. Cold Mountain was pretty much shut out of the oscars while it was all over the place at Sundays awards.

Anyhow, today is another day of unwrapping, sorting, and begging for more shelving over at the new school. Yesterday went very well considering how much we had to do. None of the shelves were in the right place for my boss so we spent most of the morning rearranging them. Today we can just jump in a start sorting.

I thought it would be snowing by now but it's not at all. The sky was orange as orange can be last nite so Im very surprised to see the bare fire escape. Im sure it's holding off for when the boy and I have to walk to work. That's usually the case. I hope the shop is warmer today. There was a point where my boss said if we didn't get any heat soon, then we were going to leave. It was a total ice box and we all worked in jackets, hats and gloves. Im sure the impending snow will make it that much more fun to deal with.
